These airy and light pieces of titanium were colored using a very hot flame. Titanium is a very difficult metal to work with, not solely because it’s extremly hard but because it needs lots of sanding and often, you end up with tons of broken saw blades. In the end, if everything goes right, the final stunning result makes up for all the hardship – it’s a love/hate relationship :)

I so much like it when it is foggy! Somewhere in Northern Greece from the time I was still at uni. And a glimpse from my studio bench-something rather exciting is on the works ;)

These pictures are from a trip we had taken to Nymfaio, a small town in mainland Greece. It has been unbearably cold here in Corfu, so much so that the waterpipes froze. I just dream for some snow as well ;)
